. Event design, theme and décor conception development

. Etiquette advisement

. Ceremony and Reception site referral

. Review contract and pricing negotiation

. Arrange location/site appointment tours

. Walk through at selected sites

. Assistance with wedding attire, accessories, favors, gift selection

. Personalized checklists and reminders emails

. Create event floor plan (as needed)

. Assistance with Rehearsal Dinner location and arrangement

. Rehearsal coordination and instruction

. Essential Wedding Day emergency kit

. Assistance with Next Day Breakfast / Brunch location & arrangements

. Decorate the Honeymoon Suite on your wedding night

VENDOR COORDINATION

. Arrange vendor appointments

. Accompaniment to vendor appointments (as needed)

. Menu tasting and assistance with menu selection and details

. Track vendor deposits, payments, and due dates

. Final detail consultation for entertainment, coordination, site walk thru

. Final vendor confirmation

GUESTS ACCOMADATIONS

. Hotel & transportatin arrangement for out of town guests

. Create & distribute directions, timelines, visitor activities packet

. Assemble & deliver welcome baskets/bags

INVITATION

. Assistance with ‘Save the Dates'

. Referrals to Invitation and Calligraphy vendors

. Advise on invitation etiquette and wording

. Assist with design of invitations

. Assist with design, wording, and purchase of ceremony programs

Additional Day of Coordinators required for larger weddings (200 guests).
