THE GRAND FINALE

At PINK, we combine and offer the Day & Month-Of coordination in what we call THE GRAND FINALE package. Our goal is to work with the bride earlier on to ensure her vision is carry throughout.

PLANNING

. Up to 3 in-person planning consultations

. Ceremony and Reception Site walk thru

. Create detailed wedding day timeline for vendors and wedding party

. Ceremony planning and reception planning

. Detailed schedule for ceremony and reception

. Recommendations or suggestions via phone or e-mail

. Checklist of personal items needed for wedding day

. Receive all personal items for ceremony & reception

. Coordination commence (4) to eight (8) weeks prior to wedding date

VENDOR COORDINATION

. Review vendor contracts

. Review vendor deposits and payments

. Distribute wedding day timeline for vendors

. Send final confirmations to vendors by e-mail & phone (At least one week prior)

WEDDING REHEARSAL

. Direct wedding rehearsal

. Organize wedding party for line up and placement

. Distribute timeline to wedding party

. Provide information on attendants duties

WEDDING DAY SERVICES

. Wedding Day Director (up to 10 hours)

. Additional Day of Coordinator

. Setup supervision, overall management of wedding ceremony and reception

. Assist wedding party with attire

. Manage the timing of the event with wedding party, family members and vendors

. Distribute flowers to wedding party and family

. Setup personal items as per instructions for ceremony & reception

. Final inspections on setup, seating placements/count, table/place cards, décor

. Greet guests & assist with seating arrangements, attend to guests with needs

. Coordinate reception activities - grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, toasts

. Distribute final payment and gratuities to vendors (paid by client)

. Coordinate transport of gifts and personal items into designated car or hotel

NOTES:

Additional Day of Coordinators required for larger weddings (200 guests).

Additional Assistant for ‘Day of Wedding' Coordinators require for large weddings and selected locations.

Travel fees and expenses may apply for venues out of the area and these costs will be discussed and applied accordingly.
